newness.

It has been a flurry of activity in the past few weeks, and I am happy and and tired (but mostly tired at this particular moment).

I got a new roommate (a girl who just sold everything and left LA for Portland!), I turned down a music industry job, I'm dating a boy (!), I'm working on a few CD reviews for a website, I miss Long Beach a lot, I got sick, I miss my sisters a lot, I'm going to Boston in July, I have health and dental insurance, I saw Avenue Q, and I really ought to try sleeping a little bit more.

Needless to say, things are good. I'm not worried about much and I'm trying to take things one day at a time. I really like this city. Its been good to me thus far, and for that I am grateful.
