I fired someone today.
I must say, I didn't mind it.
except for the part where he swore a lot and cried.
but he was terrible at what he did. and he didn't like brett.
so that's what I did today.
a first firing.

who did you fire?
you know, the one i almost fired before. and then gave him a second chance. and then just went ahead and fired him.
for some reason, I feel guilty telling his name.
thats sad. buuuut you gotta do what you gotta do.
